Pattern, one of Utah’s fastest growing companies, needs a dynamic, people oriented, highly analytical person to oversee ecommerce compliance efforts. This role will work on the account health team to manage Pattern’s compliance with various ecommerce platforms’ policies. This role also proactively reviews product listing content and works with the selling teams to ensure marketplace policy compliant listings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Amazon Policy expertise with a focus on new and changing policies
  • Manage product listings through reviews of new content
  • Product catalog auditing to ensure compliance with ecommerce platform policies
  • Monitor and update banned keywords and products from ecommerce marketplaces
  • Monitor notices from ecommerce platform compliance departments
  • Determine best ways to respond to seller account issues
  • Proactively troubleshoot potential issues
  • Communicate issues with the seller team



  • 1+ years’ experience with the marketplace platform
  • Experience with Amazon Account Health specifically writing plans of action and responding to performance notifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Precise attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong judgement and commitment to ethics
  • An eagerness to learn


  • Basic familiarity with, and other ecommerce marketplaces
  • Experience with MAP/MSRP compliance enforcement
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Previous experience working in a high-stakes business environment
