What you will be working on

  • Working with the country teams to review the invoices, flag out any discrepancies
  • Uploading invoices into invoicing system, uploading information into Netsuite
  • Use data, quantitative and qualitative to make informed decisions and advise management and finance team
  • Close coordination with USA
  • Review annual plans and OKRs to help country brand managers to meet targets
  • Collaborate with internal key partners at Pattern to define and prioritize new finance software, and intregation with local systems
  • Build relationships with other teams, working to influence their roadmaps to support holistic solution


Your skillset and background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance
  • 3+ years in financial management for large multinationals. Open to more senior applicants
  • Experience working with e-commerce in China and Southeast Asia, such as JD, TMall, Shopee and Lazada (preferably)
  • Fluent in English and other Asian languages
  • Familiarity with Asian countries financial reporting
  • Data driven focused on KPI’s to help make critical operational decisions with high growth products
