We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Brand Manager to keep our partner accounts running smoothly. Senior Brand Managers are responsible for maintaining partner relationships and creating advertising, digital marketing, and growth strategies for products featured on various online retail platforms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation for launching brands into new markets
  • Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
  • Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
  • Have a passion for building and automating processes
  • Be able to self learn and become an expert on what Pattern does

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience running e-commerce on various platforms
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Highly organized and disciplined
  • Willing to be nimble and often cover additional responsibilities
  • Able to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Independent, highly motivated, and success driven approach to all activities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up-type environment
  • Experience with omni-channel selling
  • Masters (or equivalent work experience) in related field
  • Demonstrated success in managing an e-commerce business
