We're looking for a talented HR Generalist to assist with benefits administration, performance management, onboarding, employee relations, and policy implementation.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform new hire orientation
  • Employee onboarding/offboarding
  • Conduct exit interviews and make recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement
  • Assist employees by listening to issues and concerns, and consult with HR Director before making recommendations for resolutions
  • Maintain accurate personnel data in HRIS and perform regular audits
  • Administer various HR plans and procedures for global personnel
  • Assist with management of performance evaluation program
  • Assist employees with questions about benefits and payroll
  • Prepare various HR reports for management and finance teams
  • Assist with payroll preparation and processing
  • Assist with employee recognition programs
  • Perform various other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience in an HR administrative role where independent decision-making and self-initiative were demonstrated.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proven track record of driving results
  • Proven ability to effectively and respectfully work with individuals at varying levels within an organization
  • Outstanding interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Products and HRIS systems
  • Proven ability to multi-task
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of benefits programs
  • Experience with onboarding new employees
  • Strong understanding of HR law and its application
  • Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor when handling difficult situations
  • Familiarity with sourcing and recruiting processes
  • Self-driven, organized, and proactive mindset
  • High ethical standards
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
