Pattern is seeking a smart, energetic, competitive and passionate Business Development Representative for one of the fastest-growing Ecommerce companies in the world. Your role will be to qualify leads and set appointments for our sales reps with some of the biggest brands in the industry.

This role requires a will to win, goal-driven behavior, and a demonstrated proficiency in time management. We need a data-driven individual who is fastidious about maintaining records and accurately updating our CRM. We are looking for true team players who want nothing more than to see their team exceed their goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Qualifying leads from marketing
  • Uncovering basic needs of leads and articulate Pattern’s fit
  • Setting appointments for sales reps
  • Have a passion for building processes and understanding data
  • Be able to use Salesforce.com and other sales acceleration tools
  • Be able to self learn and become and expert on what Pattern does
  • Be willing to be part of a team and goal driven

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in phone sales and qualifying leads
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Highly organized and disciplined
  • Willing to be nimble and often cover additional responsibilities
  • Able to work well in a team and with a range of creative people
  • Able to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • Independent, highly motivated, and success driven approach to all activities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up-type environment
  • Experience with Linkedin
  • Experience with web markup language and search engine optimization
  • BA in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field
  • Demonstrated success in managing a business social media presence
  • Solid understanding of SEO concepts
  • Experience running social media campaigns on various platforms
