We need a Senior Marketplaces Manager to lead all aspects of Pattern’s ecommerce marketplaces in the Americas. If you are great at nurturing partner relationships, developing and executing business plans, leading a team of ecommerce professionals, and increasing operational efficiencies, we want you to apply. These efforts extend across a variety of selling platforms including Amazon Mexico and Canada, Walmart.com, Target.com, eBay, and others. This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule from Lehi, Utah.

What is a day in the life of a Senior Marketplaces Manager?

  • Nurture a portfolio of 3-4 marketplaces and the partner brands that sell there
  • Lead the development and implementation of brand-specific marketplace selling strategies
  • Coordinate daily marketplace operations
  • Serve as the marketplace expert with a deep knowledge of platform capabilities and business levers
  • Evaluate competitive landscape and develop strategies to maximize business growth
  • Promote marketplace expansion in regular meetings with brand partners
  • Leverage marketplace expertise in marketing Pattern’s services to prospective brand partners via written content and speaking engagements
  • Successfully execute large-scale projects and meet deadlines involving multiple organizations and stakeholders
  • Partner with Operations team to ensure optimal in-stock and inventory position
  • Partner with Advertising team to develop marketplace advertising capabilities

What will I need to thrive in this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Experience leading .com or marketplace commercial efforts (D2C, Amazon, Amazon Mexico, Mercado Libre, eBay, Walmart.com, etc.)
  • Proficient in Spanish is a plus
  • Outstanding analytical and data management skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • High ethical standards
