About the job

The Marketing Manager role is responsible for leading the vision, expansion, and success of the Pattern brand internally and externally. The Marketing Manager will partner closely with the GM, Heads of Business Development, and other department heads to deliver on Pattern Australia’s revenue and growth goals. This role is responsible for a variety of functions including marketing strategy, demand generation, account-based marketing, content strategy, event marketing, product marketing, sales enablement, and digital marketing.

  • 1-2 years’ experience in B2B marketing
  • A proven track record in creating and delivering against marketing strategy
  • Production of marketing content and campaigns that generate inbound enquiries
  • Experience delivering of bespoke demand generating events
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Passionate about ecommerce
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to juggle competing priorities and perform under pressure

Here are some of the things you will be doing:

  • Develop and deliver the AU marketing plan
  • Create localised campaigns and collateral to support regional business objectives; developing expertise in the subject matter / topics that will resonate with our key audiences
  • Management of localised website content for the AU market.
  • Management of localised paid and organic social media content.
  • Support the creation of our research, reports and other thought leadership pieces.
  • Use both Hubspot and Salesforce to manage campaigns and leads
  • Attend industry events
  • Create weekly activity reports
