Pattern is seeking a smart, energetic, competitive and passionate Enterprise Outbound Sales Development Representative for one of the fastest-growing ecommerce companies in the world. Your role will be to set appointments with enterprise account targets for our enterprise sales reps with some of the biggest brands in the industry.

This role requires a will to win, goal-driven behavior, and a demonstrated proficiency in enterprise account identification, engagement, and appointment setting with the goal of creating sales qualified opportunities and pipeline. We need a data-driven individual who is fastidious about maintaining records and accurately updating our CRM. We are looking for true team players who want nothing more than to see their team exceed their goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Penetrate enterprise accounts
  • Set appointments with enterprise accounts
  • Craft value-driven messages specific to enterprise accounts current pain points and needs
  • Work closely with enterprise sales reps on enterprise sales plans and targets
  • Expert at outbound outreach with compelling messages through phone & email
  • Work closely with the enterprise account based marketing team to penetrate and set appointments with enterprise accounts.
  • Uncovering basic needs of leads and articulate Pattern’s fit
  • Setting appointments for sales reps
  • Be able to be thorough in execution of tasks
  • Have a passion for building processes and understanding data
  • Be able to use and other sales acceleration tools
  • Be able to self learn and become and expert on what Pattern does
  • Be willing to be part of a team and goal driven

Required Qualifications

  • Track record of hitting quota
  • Experience in phone sales and qualifying leads

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong attention to detail

  • BA in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field
  • Demonstrated success in managing a business social media presence
