The B2B Tech Brand Manager leads all aspects of Pattern brand partner go-to-market strategies. This role focuses on the B2B Technology sector (firewalls, routers, laptops, telephony, etc.). The ideal candidate understands how enterprises work with distributors, VARs, and make purchasing decisions. Core responsibilities include managing partner relationships, managing a team of eCommerce professionals, developing and executing business plans, and leading projects that expand the Pattern business model or increase operational efficiencies. These duties extend across a variety of selling platforms including Amazon, Walmart.com, eBay, and others.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Nurtures a portfolio of 4-6 partner brands
  • Leads the development and implementation of brand-specific marketplace selling strategies
  • Manages day to day marketplace operations and execution
  • Serves as the marketplace expert with a deep knowledge of platform capabilities and business levers
  • Evaluates competitive landscape and developing strategies to maximize business growth
  • Leads all weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with brand partners
  • Ensures the highest levels of operational execution
  • Partners with Operations team to ensure optimal in-stock and inventory position
  • Partners with Advertising team to develop brand-specific advertising strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related program
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in B2B Technology sector (firewalls, routers, laptops, telephony, etc.) with an understanding how enterprises work with distributors, VARs, and make purchasing decisions
  • Strong analytical and data management skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • High ethical standards
